Azura Amphitheater Rules
The rules at the Azura Amphitheater are designed to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment during events. You should review the specific policies before your event, and confirm whether there are additional restrictions based on the artist’s requirements. Some general policies appear below.

Accessibility Policy
Providence Medical Center Amphitheater is proud to offer the following ADA-compliant accommodations
- » Accessible seating Is available between the reserved seating section and the standing-room-only general admission section
- » While pets are not allowed, service animals are welcome. Please call the venue ahead of time so they can make appropriate accommodations for your service animal.
- » If you call the venue up to 2 weeks before your ticketed event, you can discuss any further accommodations you require.

Arrival Policy
For concerts and certain special events, late arrivals may be asked to wait in the halls until an appropriate break period arrives. To avoid frustrations, please arrive no later than 30 minutes before an event’s start time.
Bag Policy
Bags larger than 12 x 12 are not allowed in the venue. All bags are subject to search by event staff.
Cancellation Policy
In the event a performance is canceled or rescheduled, The venue will attempt to contact ticket holders as soon as possible. Please call the venue at 913-825-3400 if your event is canceled or rescheduled for information on refunds.
General Admission Policy
The front-most GA section is standing-room-only. Please do not select this section if you require a chair or want to lounge on a blanket or chair. The lawn GA seating area is better for guests and patrons who want to enjoy the General Admission experience but require seating.
Lost and Found Policy
Lost an item at an event? You can check in with the event staff to see if anything has been returned. You can also email 913-825-3400 after the show. Please be prepared to leave your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of your lost item.
Providence Medical Center Amphitheater does not claim responsibility for your lost possessions.
Prohibited Items
To keep guests and staff safe, Providence Medical Center Amphitheater has the following specific rules on what is not allowed within the venue.
- » No lawn chairs or outdoor furniture
- » No tarps or blankets larger than a beach towel
- » No outside food
- » No recording devices
- » No glass or metal containers
- » No liquor or drugs
- » No noisemakers or laser pointers
- » No weapons of any kind
- » No vehicles (except those required by the disabled)
- » No animals (except service animals)
- » No picnic baskets, lunch boxes or coolers
- » No radios, tape and video recorders
- » No bbq grills
- » No umbrellas
- » No strollers and/or toys that create a disturbance
- » No inflatable furniture
- » No selfie sticks or GoPro cameras
- » No chain wallets
- » No hula hoops, poi or flowtoys
The venue reserves the right to prohibit other items
Smoking Policy
Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, vapes, or any other smoking paraphernalia is not allowed in the venue or within 300 feet of any entrance.
Photography and Recording
You cannot bring professional cameras with detachable lenses into the venue without proper media credentials. Personal cameras and smartphones are generally permitted for personal use, though some artists prohibit photography and video recording entirely.
Security Screening
The venue maintains a strict policy against bringing in illegal substances and weapons of any kind. You will pass through security screening upon entry, including bag checks and metal detector scans.
Age Restrictions and Guest Conduct
You must supervise children under a certain age at all times, and some events may have age restrictions based on content. You should check your ticket information or contact the venue for the specific show’s policies. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated or unable to care for themselves safely.
Bags and Blankets
You cannot bring large bags or backpacks exceeding 8.5 inches by 11 inches, nor can you bring chairs into the general admission standing-only areas. The lawn section may have different policies regarding blankets and low-profile seating options, so be sure to check these specific guidelines posted at entry points and on the venue’s website.
Food and Beverages
The venue prohibits outside food and beverages, except for one factory-sealed disposable or crushable water bottle (up to one liter per person). The venue may admit food and beverage items required for medical purposes, but it is best to check this with guest services before you arrive to avoid disappointment.
Seating Compliance and Upgrades
You must remain in your designated seating area and the seat or section that matches your ticket. The venue staff monitors seating areas and can advise you on whether it’s possible to purchase a seating upgrade, when available, through the appropriate channels.
Behavioral Expectations
The venue enforces conduct policies designed to prevent disruptions to other guests’ enjoyment of events. Guests must refrain from standing on seats, blocking aisles, or engaging in behavior that interferes with others’ views or experiences. Security personnel have the authority to remove guests who violate these standards.
Re-Entry During a Show
Understanding the venue’s re-entry policy before leaving the facility during an event can help you make a better decision. Azura Amphitheater operates a standard no-reentry policy. You cannot go out and re-enter later, so you’ll want to plan accordingly or accept that leaving means ending your time inside the venue.
